We do not offer refunds on any orders.

Returns are only applicable for items ordered in standard sizes and non-customized designs.
To request a return, please email us at sales@ellieesse.in or contact us at +91 98883 60249 within 3 days of receiving your order.

Returned products must be in their original condition — unused, unworn, and repacked as received. Once approved, we will issue a credit note (excluding shipping charges) via email or WhatsApp. This credit note is valid for 365 days and can be redeemed online or at any Ellie Esse flagship store.

• Returns are not applicable for custom sizes or custom colors

• Accessories and swimwear are non-returnable and non-refundable

• Items on sale are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit
